The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is here to represent the views of the patients on improvements to the surgery by meeting on a quarterly basis with the Partners and the Practice Manager.
The Patients Participation Group (PPG) do not deal with complaints or matters relating to specific patients issues.

Mission statement
This is just a Summary of what's involved in PPG

Making a positive contribution to the services and facilities offered by the practice to the patients.

Getting Your View
The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Patient Contact Form to provide your consent for this.
The practice have a PPG meeting that it is a 3 monthly patient participation group meeting where a number of patient representatives and practice staff discuss issues and upcoming changes and events.
