This is just a Summary of what's involved in PPG

1)   3 to 4 meetings per year
2)   Newsletter production and distribution
3)   Establishing terms of reference / ways of working together

Main aim:

Making a positive contribution to the services and facilities offered by the practice to the patients.

Ground rules:   Not seen as a complaint gatherer
                         Everyone's view is valid
                         You may decide how often the group meets
